Terms of service
Last updated: 30 August 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the FidgetStation online store and any purchase made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority where they apply.
1. Seller identity
FidgetStation is operated by ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD, company number 12568562, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD is the seller under each order it accepts, including where a third-party supplier or carrier fulfils delivery.
Email: ecommerceonlineltd@gmail.com.
2. Who may use the store
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Physical fidget products sold through this store are intended for users aged 14 years and over. Product-specific instructions and warnings take priority over general age guidance.
3. Products and safety
All products are sold as new unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Product colours, dimensions and appearance may vary slightly because of screens, manufacturing tolerances or supplier updates. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
Read and follow all instructions and warnings supplied with an item. Stop using an item if it becomes damaged or develops loose, exposed or broken components. Fidget products are not medical devices and are not sold as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We send an electronic acknowledgement after checkout, but an order is accepted only when we expressly confirm acceptance or begin fulfilment. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance where an item is unavailable, pricing or product information contains a material error, payment is not authorised, delivery is not available, or accepting the order would breach law or platform rules. If payment has already been taken for a rejected or cancelled order, we will refund it.
Please check product, quantity, email and delivery-address details before paying. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins.
5. Prices, tax and payment
The total amount charged by us, including delivery and any tax or other charge we collect, is shown before payment. ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD is not VAT registered and does not issue VAT invoices. Cross-border orders may incur destination-country import taxes, customs duty or carrier charges as explained in our Shipping policy.
Payment is processed using the methods offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. We do not store complete payment-card details.
6. Delivery and fulfilment
Delivery destinations, charges and estimates are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping policy. We may use third-party suppliers, fulfilment providers and carriers, including providers located outside the United Kingdom. Products in one order may arrive in separate parcels. This does not transfer our responsibility as seller to the supplier or carrier.
For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession or the possession of a person you identified to receive them, except where you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer.
7. Returns, cancellation and faulty goods
Our Returns and refunds policy explains our voluntary 30-day return period, statutory cancellation rights, return costs and refund timing. Nothing in these terms removes rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described, unfit for purpose or otherwise non-conforming.
8. Accounts and information
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for information submitted through the account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission. Information you provide must be accurate and must not infringe another person's rights.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout or security, scrape the store in a way that disrupts service, submit fraudulent orders, or use the store for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or legal compliance.
10. Intellectual property
The FidgetStation name, original site content, graphics, software and design elements are owned by or licensed to ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD. You may use the store for personal shopping and may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission. Product names, marks and images belonging to suppliers or other rights holders remain their property.
11. Third-party services and links
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfilment, analytics and delivery services. External links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for an external site's independent content or privacy practices, but this does not reduce our responsibilities as seller for an order accepted by us.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy. You may also review our Contact information.
13. Service availability
We aim to keep the store accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may correct errors, maintain the service, change non-contractual content or withdraw unavailable products. Changes do not remove rights under an order already accepted.
14. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.
We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. If you purchase as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses. We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, but we will contact affected customers and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.
15. Changes, waiver and severability
We may update these terms for legal, operational or service reasons. The version applying to an order is the version in force when that order is placed, unless a change is required by law. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence, and you may have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
17. Contact and complaints
Questions, complaints and notices may be sent to ecommerceonlineltd@gmail.com or by post to ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. Please include your order number for order-related enquiries.
