Use this guide to check FidgetStation delivery costs, estimated transit times, dispatch, tracking and split parcels before ordering. The checkout total and estimate shown for your address are definitive.

Delivery prices by destination

  • United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland: £4 standard delivery, free when the merchandise subtotal is £20 or more.
  • European Union excluding the Republic of Ireland: £4.
  • Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and United States: £7.80.
  • Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and other worldwide destinations available at checkout: £20.

Import VAT, customs duty or carrier clearance fees may be charged for cross-border deliveries. Unless checkout expressly says those charges are included, the recipient may have to pay them locally.

Dispatch and estimated transit time

Orders are normally processed for dispatch within 2 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 2–4 business days for the UK excluding Northern Ireland, 2–11 business days for eligible EU destinations excluding the Republic of Ireland, 3–17 business days for the seven £7.80 international destinations, and 5–25 business days for the £20 worldwide group. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking and split parcels

Tracking is provided when available and is normally sent using the contact details supplied at checkout. Products can be fulfilled by third-party partners from different locations, so one order may arrive in separate parcels at different times. ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD remains the seller responsible for the order.

Delivery problems and returns

If the estimated window has passed, email ecommerceonlineltd@gmail.com with your order number and delivery address. For a return, contacting us first helps us identify the parcel and give the correct instructions, but a clear cancellation notice by email is sufficient to exercise a statutory cancellation right; prior approval is not required.
