Product safety

FidgetStation physical products are intended for users aged 14 and over. Follow every warning and instruction shown on the product page, packaging, or supplied leaflet; product-specific instructions take priority.

Before each use, inspect the item. Stop using it if it is cracked, loose, sharp, leaking, overheated, or otherwise damaged. Keep small parts away from children and pets. Products containing magnets should be kept away from anyone with an implanted medical device and from items that can be damaged by magnets.

Do not put products in the mouth, ingest components, or attempt repairs that expose internal parts. This general guidance does not replace product-specific instructions or applicable product-safety rights.

To report a safety concern, email ecommerceonlineltd@gmail.com with your order number, the product and variant, photographs where possible, and a description of the concern.
