Returns

To request a return, email ecommerceonlineltd@gmail.com within 30 calendar days after delivery and include your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions so the parcel can be identified correctly.

Sending a clear cancellation notice by email is sufficient to exercise a statutory cancellation right; prior approval is not required. After notifying us, send the goods to ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD – FidgetStation Returns, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. Please retain proof of postage.
